At you can pay with Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, America Express, Apple Pay, Anyday. All prices include VAT.

Use Anyday partial payment. With Anyday, you can split your payment. You pay the first installment when the item is delivered, and the remaining amount is paid over the following 3 months. Anyday is free for you as long as you pay on time. With Anyday, you get an account that you can use at all webshops that offer payment through Anyday. Read terms for Anyday here:

We do not charge card fees. The amount is only withdrawn from your card when the item is dispatched.

Reservation of amount:
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The money is reserved on your card or account until 1: We deduct the amount when we send the item, or 2: the money is released according to agreement with your card issuer. Visa, Mastercard, America Express. You can read more about the rules for your specific card from your card issuer.

Shipping & Delivery:
When you shop at, you can pick up your order in the store or have the package sent to the address you want. We send packages on all weekdays.

You can choose between the following freight shipping options.

We deliver with GLS, DAO and Postnord - both to private and parcel shops.

The delivery time is typically 1-3 working days.

Click & Collect orders can be picked up when the store in Odense City has approved your order and within the store opening hours which are as follows:

Monday – Thursday 10.00-17.30
Friday 10.00-18.00
Saturday 10.00 - 15.00

Return/Right of cancellation:
As a consumer, you have 14 days right of withdrawal from the day you receive your goods. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.

The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the trading conditions.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.

When exchanging an item, Ulrik Storm pays for the return shipping. You are of course also welcome in our store to exchange an item purchased on You will find our physical store in Odense City at the address Vestergade 3, 5000 Odense C. Find your way here .

Remember to bring the invoice/receipt you received by email.

Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.

You must pay for the package to be returned yourself, and you are responsible if damage occurs during transport.

The condition of the item when you send it back
If the item has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the item, you can only get a part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the item's commercial value, and in some cases
this may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.

We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, this may lead to a decrease in the value of the item.

Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we have received your message that you
will cancel the agreement.

We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

We only receive packages that are sent directly to the address.

Ulrik Storm reserves the right, in the event of obvious price errors, to change this after a transaction has been concluded, with information to the customer as a result. If the customer is not satisfied with the change, he of course has the option of canceling his order without additional costs.

When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Purchase Act apply to the purchase of goods.
This means that you have the right to complain for 24 months.

If your complaint is justified, this means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you make a complaint within two months after the fault is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can reimburse you for shipping costs.

In order to be able to complain, the product or service that you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothes and shoes, however, the price must have been at least DKK 720. There is a fee to have the complaint processed .

We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, phone no. and email address.

We register and pass on the personal data that is necessary to be able to deliver the goods to you.

The personal information is registered with V3 Clothing Company ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data.

The companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection.

If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask for it. From drawing board to reality

In May 2022, we opened the doors to our exclusive store 'Ulrik Storm' with men's clothing for the style- and quality-conscious man.
The whole idea and thoughts behind store Ulrik Storm had been on the drawing board since the summer of 2021, when the room and the first suppliers fell into place. The whole vision was to create a store where selected brands were given the exclusive surroundings they "deserve".
Experience, quality and service are the most important keywords about the store Ulrik Storm.

The early start

The first sod for the major renovation of the store started in January 2022, at the same time that craftsmen in collaboration with the international interior design company Habitus Design Group and landlord Barfoed Group drew up plans for the interior, which today is the main reason for the beautiful surroundings we can present in the heart of Odense.

Your second home

Why the name 'Ulrik Storm', it was obvious that if we wanted to create a personal shop, it was easier to call it one's own name when I was the front man for the whole project. Our vision with the store is to create the surroundings so that the customers have a feeling that it is "their second home". We also know that many people live a busy everyday life, and it is therefore important to us that 'we are here when you have time'. It is something we attach great importance to, the personal service if you want 'private shopping' both during and outside the store's opening hours.

Online universe

September 2022 was the month when the next project was established in the form of our webshop. Our desire with the webshop was to intertwine an online universe with our physical store and create the exclusive setting you encounter in the online store.
You will find the same items online as in the store, and again, service is our most important keyword as a whole. From the time you place an order until you receive the package, our mission is to deliver the same personal service as if you shopped in our physical store in the heart of Odense.
